Business Development Executive (Online Bidder)

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Online Bidder with a strong background in business development for IT services. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Panchkula. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, bidding on online platforms, and securing new projects for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and others.
  • Generate quality leads and convert them into successful business deals.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to draft proposals and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in online bidding and business development in the IT industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office environment.
  • Experience in proposal writing, follow-ups, and client communication.

PPC Executive

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of online marketing, keyword research, and analytics, with the ability to drive high-quality traffic and ROI for client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Create compelling ad copies and monitor campaign performance regularly.
  • Optimize bids, ad placement, and targeting for maximum ROI.
  • Track, report, and analyze campaign data to improve effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with the content and design team for ad creatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in paid advertising.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience in managing PPC campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other PPC tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Google Ads certification is a plus.
